Lata Sharma – ‘Sausage Sodas and Onion Bhajis’ with Q&A
Part of EastSide Arts Festival
Lata Sharma is someone who has always been proud to have been born and reared in Northern Ireland, albeit throughout the dark days of the Troubles! A love letter to the people of Northern Ireland, "Sausage Sodas and Onion Bhajis", is her story told as a sassy wee Indian teenage girl, who had to learn on the hoof how to duck and dive her way around the sectarianism, the racism, and not forgetting of course the cultural clashes she faced from within her Indian home!

A beautiful Western with Paul Newman, Robert Redford and Katharine Ross.
Butch and Sundance are the two leaders of the Hole-in-the-Wall Gang. Butch is all ideas, Sundance is all action and skill. The West is becoming civilized, and when Butch and Sundance rob a train once too often, a special posse begins trailing them no matter where they run. Over rocks, through towns, across rivers, the group is always just behind them. When they finally escape through sheer luck, Butch has another idea, "Let's go to Bolivia".
