This immersive workshop invites you to explore the blend of physical movement and artistic expression in a way that’s playful and freeing - with artist Sally O'Dowd.
Using large pieces of paper, strings, charcoal, and sticks, you’ll engage in a dynamic workout that encourages creativity through drawing and movement - no drawing skills required! It’s about embracing the process and playing with what art can be. Whether you’re sketching with your hands, moving your body to the rhythm, or simply enjoying the energy of the room, this event is designed for anyone looking to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with their creative side.
Expect music, inspiring visuals, and a sense of community as you unwind and leave the stresses of the world behind. Targeted for adults, please wear comfortable clothing.

Rocky at Hooked Boxing Club
Watch one of the greatest underdog stories of all time in a venue that lives and breathes boxing.
We’re teaming up with Hooked, Holywood’s boutique boxing club, for a one-of-a-kind screening of Rocky – set up right in the boxing room. The night kicks off with a short talk from Jake McBride, founder of Hooked, who’ll share how boxing has shaped his life and supported his mental health journey. Then it’s lights down, gloves off, and into the ring with Stallone’s classic.

All ticket holders can take part in a free group boxing taster session earlier that day at 1pm or 2pm.

This year marks the 80th anniversary of the end of WW2.This talk remembers the role of East Belfast in the war, and also examines the impact of the war on the area, from both a physical and social perspective.
This richly illustrated talk will incorporate archival footage, photographs and oral history.
